VIVA facilitates free workshops for young artists to learn about the spectrum of blindness and visual impairment. Through fun activities, students get to experiment with new forms, ideas, and perspectives, and gain awareness about an important cause.

Success on the spectrum
At Success on the Spectrum, located in Suwanee, Georgia, we worked with children ages 2-5 to teach about depth perception. Children drew versions of a red flower on a normal perspective grid, and then transferred it to a warped perspective grid to understand how a lack of depth perception may affect an artist.
